Makes one 9-inch (22.5 cm) tart
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 jar (8-ounce or 224 gm) raspberry jam
Directions
- Mix the flour, butter and sugar together in a medium bowl until blended.
- Let it chill for 1 hour.
- Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spoon the chilled mixture into a 9 inch tart pan.
- Let it bake for 10 minutes.
- Take it out and let it cool.
- Top with raspberries in the crust.
- Microwave the jam until it boils and pour over the fruit.
- Cover and set it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
