Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 strips fully-cooked bacon
- 1 sesame seed bagel, split, toasted
- 1 egg
- 1 slice processed American cheese
- 1 lettuce leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- If preferred, toast both the top and bottom bagel slices first.
- Prepare the bagel bottom with mayonnaise and lettuce.
- Place the egg on top and sprinkle pepper to taste.
- Add the cheese slice and cooked bacon.
- Top off with the top half of the bagel.
- Serve warm.
